the representing the buyer and seller in all stages
of real estate transactions, from negotiating the
purchase agreement to completing the closing. Our

landlord-tenant disputes, complex commercial leasing,
and contract negotiations.
Sterbcow Law Group will structure and document a wide variety
of transactions involving the acquisition and sale
of commercial, residential, and agricultural real
estate. Our firm will represent purchasers and sellers
of all types of property, including office buildings,
apartment buildings,, shopping centers, hotels, marinas
and land for commercial and residential development.
We will prepare and negotiate all the necessary documentation,
assist in the due diligence process, and represent
you at the settlement. Our firm will provide representation
to owners and tenants of office buildings and shopping
centers in the negotiation, drafting, interpretation
and enforcement of leases and subleases.
We will also assist and advise residential and commercial
developers on national, state and local requirements,
in preparing master plans for planned unit developments,
in drafting and negotiating development agreements,
and in representing clients before planning local
city councils, police juries, and other parish and
state commissions.
